The Chef
From Bologna Italy, award-winning Chef Gabriele Marangoni trained globally and has now made his mark on New Zealand's dining scene. He is well known to Auckland’s diners as the culinary force behind Mt Eden’s Pasta & Cuore, and now Executive Chef at Alla Prossima, where for almost a decade he earned a reputation for delivering exceptional Italian cuisine made with quality ingredients, passion and great artisanal skill.
